I need of help

Question

I've tried canceling my membership but the plan page doesn't give me that option and I've tried everything else that I can think of, does anyone have any advice or a phone number I can call?

Thank you for posting your query here.

Since you wish to Cancel your Creative Cloud Subscription, you refer to the Cancellation guidelines mentioned in the following help article : https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

Alternatively, if your Subscription was purchased via an Adobe Reseller, than you may need to contact them directly for cancelling the Subscription and will not have the option for Cancelling Online.
