I need to cancel my subscription, no manage plan button and yes I bought directly from Adobe

Since you have both a Teams plan and an individual plan, the steps are different for each:

Teams plan: Sign in to the Admin Console (adminconsole.adobe.com, go to Account, scroll down to Plans and licenses, click Manage and then Cancel Licenses. Steps here: https://adobe.ly/4z53EwC

Individual plan: Sign in at account.adobe.com/plans, click Manage plan and then Cancel your plan. Each plan needs to be cancelled separately. Steps here: https://adobe.ly/4AD9xCD
