i purchased an adobe acrobat pro license

Hi, I purchased an adobe acrobat pro license, however when i log into my account it does not appear, i need to assign this license to the director of my company, can someone help me.

If this is a regular retail subscription, it cannot be assigned or transferred.

If this is an enterprise license, the administrator would have to cancel your subscription and assign to the new user.

If this is a perpetual license, and you registered it, both parties must complete a transfer form.
