Last year when I started uni I signed up for a student/teacher account that was about $10-$20 a month. I am now being charged between $40-$50 a month and whenever I contact adobe about this they can only help by giving me a number for enterprise support. I don't know what to do about this as my account doesn't say it is an enterprise account, I never signed up for an enterprise account and I am paying and managing this account myself. If anyone could help that would be great as it is almost impossible to get help from Adobe.

    Hi,

I can see that you have both an 'Adobe ID' and a Federated ID associated with your email address. The latter is used for Single Sign-On and is only available for Enterprise accounts - in this case for your university.

You could change the email associated with your Adobe ID to a personal email. See Manage your Adobe ID account

Or you could ask to be given product entitlement by your university as part of their Enterprise agreement and then you would not need a personal subscription.
