I use company email for adobe licenses

My company got me Adobe Acrobat Pro license.

At first, I signed in adobe cloud desktop app with company email credential. (we use Single Sign On, where we only need our company windows account to access Adobe)

It was all good, I never got logged off while using Acrobat Pro (for PDF edit)

Then my company got me another Adobe Experience Cloud Marketo Engage License.

Then I followed Marketo Join team step by step. (Email confirmation, set new password, set new mobile phone etc)

After all that, I have successfully logged in both License Profiles. I can even switch profiles in a webpage. (attach screenshot)

But the problem is, once a day, Adobe will automatcially log me out.  Next morning, I want to reopen my PDF file to edit, it will ask me for credential again.

I feel like two company profiles caused this issue.  Please fix this.

Hi @helpful_sincerity2115,

Thank you for reaching out.

Upon review, I can confirm that you currently have two active Enterprise IDs associated with the Adobe ID (email address) used to submit this query. You are being prompted to select an organization during sign-in because your administrator has assigned your Acrobat license under one contract and your Marketo license under a different contract. As a result, you must choose the appropriate organization profile to access the corresponding licenses.

Check this doc for more info on this: https://adobe.ly/49cxxzv

Based on the information provided, this behavior is expected in scenarios where multiple organization profiles—such as Adobe Acrobat Pro and Marketo—are associated with the same email address but are managed under separate identity configurations.

When signing in using SSO, Adobe periodically revalidates the active profile. If more than one organization is linked to the same Adobe ID, especially when different authentication flows or identity providers are involved, the system may prompt reauthentication to determine which profile should remain active. This can result in daily sign-outs from desktop applications such as Acrobat.

To resolve this, we recommend reaching out to your administrator and requesting that both licenses be assigned under the same contract, if possible. As a temporary workaround, signing out of all Adobe applications and signing back in while selecting the appropriate organization profile may help stabilize the session.

Hope this helps. let us know if you need further assistance.
