I want to add a custom font for our users

All of the documentaation seems to say the "If you are the administrator of your organization, you will get a special offer of custom fonts on the Admin Console. Accept the offer once and find Custom fonts in your list of products."

 

I do not see that offer or the custum fonts option in my admin console.

@René284173787p8k It seems your console is managed by the Global Admin and the licenses are allocated separately hence, the option for Custom Fonts is not available.

Adding Custom Fonts using the Admin Console is currently available to Creative Cloud for enterprise customers only. See more: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/custom-fonts.html

 

For teams and individual users, they can upload the fonts thenselves using the instructions here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/add-your-fonts-to-creative-cloud.html.

are you able to  navigate to Products > All products and services. Accept Special offer - Custom fonts.

I think this option is available for the Enterprise contract orgs and it seems that you have a Team contact. You can check with your Reseller/Account Manager who can shed more lights into this issue.
