I want to delete my personal account

My personal account mazuba@gmail.com was used to host the organisation VIP account. Then we asked that we would rather we use an organisation email address mazuba.mwiinga@marysmeals.org We were told the personal account was removed. Now i have discovered that there two accounts hosting the VIP account with these two different emails. The problem is that, the apps cant be used after installing them. Now want to delete the personal account.

As you mentioned, you would like to delete your Adobe ID account. Please know that you can delete your account only if you don’t have an active subscription.
