I was install illustrator a few days ago.
Today I tride to use 'Stylize>Drop Shaodw' of illustrator CS5.
But My illustrator have only 'Glowing Edegs...'.
I tride to software update of illustrator, but failed. (Error Code : U41M1C213)
I want to use 'Drop Shadow' of stylize.
Please help me.

It seems you are trying to install a volume license of Adobe CS5, you will need the AUSST utility to help you set up your own update server to manage the deployment of Adobe products and product updates in your enterprise.
