    Hi @Jurklijs

Thank you for reaching out. Based on your query, it appears that you are receiving an error message stating that CCLibrary is damaged, and you are attempting to uninstall all Adobe applications from your machine; however, Acrobat is not uninstalling and only displays a “Try Again” option. Please confirm if this is the exact issue you need assistance with.

I recommend first closing all Adobe-related applications and background processes through Task Manager (on Windows) or Activity Monitor (on macOS) to ensure nothing is running in the background. Once all Adobe processes have been terminated, please download and run the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool as an administrator to remove Acrobat specifically, and then proceed with cleaning all Creative Cloud applications. You may refer to the following document for detailed instructions:
    https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/apps/troubleshoot/diagnostics-repair-tools/run-creative-cloud-cleaner-tool.html

After the cleanup process is complete, manually verify and delete any remaining Adobe folders from the system.

For Windows, please check and remove the following directories if they exist:
    C:\Program Files\Adobe\
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\
    C:\Users\YourUser\AppData\Local\Adobe\
    C:\Users\YourUser\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\

For macOS, please check and remove the following directories if they exist:
    Applications/Adobe*
    /Library/Application Support/Adobe/
    /Library/Preferences/com.adobe.*
    /Library/Logs/Adobe/
    /Users/YourUser/Library/Application Support/Adobe/
    /Users/YourUser/Library/Preferences/com.adobe.*

Once these steps are completed, restart the machine to ensure all services are fully reset. After the restart, reinstall the latest version of the Creative Cloud Desktop application, and then proceed with reinstalling Acrobat. This process should resolve the CCLibrary corruption and the uninstall blockage.

Please let me know once you have confirmed the issue and completed the steps, and we can proceed further if needed.
