I want to switch my plan, is there a possibility for me to be charged for switching?

I am currently on the creative cloud pro plan, but I’d like to switch to one that just has photoshop. I want to know if I switch plans if there is any possibility that I’d be charged extra for switching. The price is about to go from $30-ish to $60-ish.
