I want to switch over my 10 dollar a month photoshop plan, to a 20 dollar a month plan. Not getting the option to.

I want to switch over my 10 dollar a month photoshop plan, to a 20 dollar a month (15 right now for black friday) all-program plan. If I didn't already have a adobe plan i could get the 20 dollar plan. However when i go to switch my plan over in settings it only gives me a 30 dollar all-app option (I am an art student who is paying to use these programs for school on my Mac laptop.) Is there any way i can switch over my plan to the 20 dollar plan without cancelling and paying a fee?
