Identifying Device Licenses

We are administrating licences and users via the adminconsole.adobe.com/team - the only way installed licenses are identified is by the computer name where it is installed. The status of the license is indcated as Active or Temporary, with the comment that payment is required. Our proiblems is that we can not identify the actual user or department through by the computer name only. We would be a better customer if we could be provideinformation about IP-number and date of activation in addtion to the computer name. Can this in anyway be accomplished?

    Hi,

Are you using device licenses? These are tied to the device, not the user, so this would be expected behaviour.

Creative Cloud for Teams or Enterprise is tied to the user and would show the Adobe ID of the user in the Admin Console.
