If I do not renew now, how long before I am considered a new subscriber again?

My subscription (annual) ends Aug 31st 2019. If I do not renew at that date, how long before I am considered to be a new subscriber again so that I can take advantage of new offers. The subscription for the whole CC is currently on offer at £362 pa until 23rd May. I notice that these offers come up from time to time so would like to take advantage of these if possible.

Introductory offers are for 1 year and new subscribers only. After that, you do not get to double dip.

@Adambo probably you're right but for my account i couldn't arrange everything on website so tried to chat and have answer "as its a business account so once its cancelled the services will stop immediately, as you want to use it till 24th june so please contact us on 24 th june for the cancellation". So can't cancell in advance and have to be carry to the last day if want to continue what I'm paid for.

I go similar issue. My annual subscription ends on 23 june and will be automatically renewed - which I don't want to do - it's not possibe to cancell in advance (and using untill the contract is finished) - it's really pitty - you paying in advance and you have to remember to cancell the last day of your contract. Otherwise you will be charged automatically (or if you will cancell today you can't use your licence you paid). Does anyone knows why it happens ? Is it any chance to cancell plan in advence ?

If you pay on a monthly basis you can cancel from the first day of the last month on. If you prepaid on a yearly basis, you can cancel anytime.

It is possible for monthly payed subscriptions to cancel early by paying the early cancellation fee. That's also why access to the programs then stops immediately (I suppose by the end of the current month).
