If I migrate my enterprise account to a personal account, do I keep the remaining subscription?

Hi there,

 

I have recently completed my university program and although graduation hasn't quite passed yet, I am worried about my access to Creative Cloud. I cannot find any information on my account that tells me when my access will expire although I am aware that usually it is on a term by term basis. I attempted to check on Adobe Admin Portal to see my expiry date but was blocked from accessing it. I want to make sure I migrate my account to a personal account before my access is revoked however I am curious about whether or not the remainder of my current subscription will be transferred over as well. If someone could help me figure this out, that would be great.

Thanks for contacting us, if you have an Enterprise license, the best way to get your queries addressed is to contact you administrator ( from your organization ) who has given you the licenses.

 

They can let you know when the licenses will be revoked and if the remainder of my current subscription will be transferred over or not.

Enterprise and individual subscriptions are different. There is no mean to transfer the subscription, and even the dataspace will be different. If you want to transfer your data, you will need to copy that over to your new space. 

 

You should, however, indeed check your school's IT administrator to see, when your subscription will end.
