If we change our plan from Acrobat Pro to Standard will we need to reinstall Acrobat? (Team license)

Thanks for asking before making the switch, that's the right instinct with a team plan. For the change from Acrobat Pro to Acrobat Standard, a reinstall isn't needed.
 

Acrobat Pro and Acrobat Standard are the same application, with the feature set enabled by the license that's assigned to each user. So once you change the plan and the Standard entitlement is assigned to your users in the Admin Console, the affected users just need to sign out of Acrobat and sign back in. On the next sign-in, Acrobat recognizes the Standard entitlement and adjusts the available features accordingly, no uninstall or reinstall required.
 

The one thing worth checking is that the Standard licenses are actually assigned to the right users in the Admin Console after the plan change, since that assignment is what drives which features each person gets.
