Illustrator installation does not include a license

Hello support team!We are VIP# 0511C08D77E461E1CEFAIn November 2022, we bought 2 Illustrator licenses for a period of 1 yearNow there is a problem at the workplace of a user who previously used the Creative Cloud All Apps package, the licenses for which we renewed and is in the Removed status.The crux of the problem is that when installing Illustrator, it shows the license validity period is 7 days.Please tell me how to solve this problem.Thank you!

Hi @Andrey27683196lf8p , This is not support, these are other users…so your VIP number is not relevant to us. You need to assign the Illustrator licence to that user via the admin console.
