Question

IM STUCK, NEED HELP CANCELING MY ADOBE FOR TEAMS.

I'm trying to cancel an Adobe for Teams free trial and I'm stuck.

I'm the admin of the organization. Adobe support told me that under Admin Console → Billing → Plans and Licenses → Manage, there should be a "Cancel licenses" option next to "Add licenses" and "Change plan."

However, I only see:

  • Add licenses

  • Change plan

There is no "Cancel licenses" option.

I've checked both my Personal and Business profiles, and it's the same on both. The free trial is still active.

Has anyone else run into this? Is this a UI bug, a processing delay after changing plans, or is there another way to cancel the Teams trial?

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi @rayano,

Thanks for reaching out, and we're sorry for the run-around you've had trying to get this cancelled. We know how important it is to close out a trial cleanly before any charges kick in.

To clarify what you're seeing: the Cancel Licenses option for Creative Cloud for teams is currently being rolled out gradually across Admin Consoles, and it may not yet be available on every account. When it isn't visible (which matches what you're describing under Account> Plans and Licenses > Manage), the documented path is to cancel via Adobe Customer Care directly from the Admin Console.

    Here's what we'd recommend:

    1. Sign in to the Admin Console at https://adobe.ly/4fSyHFn.

    2. Go to the Support tab at the top.

    3. Select Start chat to reach Adobe Customer Care.

    4. Let them know you'd like to cancel your Creative Cloud for Teams free trial entirely, and that the Cancel Licenses option is not visible under Account> Plans and Licenses > Manage on your end.

Since you're still within the free trial window, no charges will apply as long as the cancellation is completed before the trial ends. For reference on the full process and what happens after cancellation: https://adobe.ly/4o3Sbcj

Please let us know how it goes. We're happy to assist further.

    Thanks,
