Impossible to use anything adobe cc app on my ipad pro

I install Creative Cloud App, Illustrator, Photoshop,etc. I can launch the apps but impossible to create, open or import a file. Do you have a solution ?

What happens when you try?

Hi,

When I want to create a new file, I select the format and after the click, the picto turns during 8 seconds and then nothing.
If I open a ai file or I import another file, the app closes directly.

I already try to delete the app and download a new one but it’s still the same 😞
