Impossible version définitive

Je suis abonné depuis hier, et je n'arrive pas de télécharger la version adobe dc pro, pas en version d'essai.Je demande l'annulation de mon abonnement.

Have you been invited to join a team? Or have you purchased a single user licence?

Are you able to download and install the software on your computer. And on signing-in it shows that it's running in trial mode?

Signing out and then signing back in will usually resolve this issue. CAn you also share some details about the software, OS and any other details that we can use to troubleshoot.
