In Firefly, trying to generate AI image. Can't access You can contact your admin to request access. (smiling monkey). My account shows 500/500 credits available. Please advise

Based on the information provided, it appears that you are trying to generate an image using the model Firefly Image 5, which is part of the premium generative feature set. This is indicated by the premium label shown next to the model name. However, your current plan provides access only to standard generative features, which is also reflected in the section below your profile name where premium feature access is not available.

You can continue generating images by selecting other models such as Firefly Image 3 or Firefly Image 4 from the available dropdown options.

If you would like to use premium features, you will need to purchase Adobe Firefly credit add-on plans through the Admin Console and assign them to your account. You can refer to the following document for more details:

Upon reviewing your account, I can confirm that you have an active teams contract associated with the Adobe ID (email id) used to post this query. You are also the contract owner, and you have been assigned the Creative Cloud All Apps plan, which provides access to Generative AI standard features. 

Could you please confirm whether you are trying to generate images using any partner models, or if you are selecting Adobe models such as Firefly Image 3?

We also request you to share a screenshot of the error you are encountering. Additionally, please confirm your available generative credits by clicking on your profile avatar located in the upper-right corner of the Firefly app. From there, you should be able to see the type of Generative AI features available to you. Kindly confirm whether you are able to see standard features and whether your credit balance is available.
