Inactive contract invoices

How can I find the billing history and download the invoices for inactive contracts? I need to download one invoice from the past period but cannot open the inactive contract.

@Juta38641557q7or I would contact your Adobe account rep for a copy of the inactive invoice. Give them the number.

I am the contract owner and see current contract invoices, all is good. The problem is with the inactive contract, I cannot open it:
