Incorrect Billing for a multiple clients (Creative Cloud for Team)

Hello, 

 

I have a client that is being billed for not only their subscriotions to Adob but for two other cleints as well.  This has been happening since March and I have yet been able to reach somebody to assist with getting the charges refunded to the one client and then rebilled to the proper client.  They have been over charged for the other two clinets licenses by $3,512.81 - I have been told that there is nothing that can be done by Adobe support.  I find this hard to beilive and if it is true very discouraging.

For billing-related issues, I would recommend following up with our support team, as they can assist you further. As you mentioned, one of your clients is being wrongly charged for their Teams subscription, so I would also recommend contacting the account manager for that contract.
