Incorrect Email License assigned

Hi Team,

100% not technical here but someone in our company accidentally incorrectly put the email address and assigned a CC license to them.

Now when we try to add the user it doesn't recognise the correct email address. (who would of thought typing 1 additional letter would cause such a commotion)

Any tips in resolving this?

We raised a support case but they gave us a unmonitored email.

Hi @mur_9063,

Thank you for reaching out.

Upon checking, I am unable to locate any active subscription associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. Could you please confirm the type of subscription your organization holds—whether it is a Teams or Enterprise contract?

If your IT administrator has assigned a license to an incorrect email address via the Admin Console, they can resolve this by removing the user and re-adding them with the correct Adobe ID. For step-by-step instructions, please refer to the following documentation:

If you require further assistance, feel free to share the Adobe ID associated with the active subscription via private message so I can investigate and assist you accordingly. Here's a guide on how to send a private message in the community:

Looking forward to your response.

open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
