indesign and cloud two accounts

Question

I currently have a indesign subscription monthly annual, but I also had a trial Cloud subscritions which I did not continue after trial.
I now want to cancel my indesign subscription, but it would not allow me because of the trial cloud subscription. So I put in my payment details as I could not continue untill entered, now I am paying for cloud as well I tried to cancel its now saying I will have to pay for the rest of the year?
I cancelled as soon as I put the details in.
Can someone help please

We reviewed the email address that you used to post here and found out that you had purchased an Indesign Teams License; hence, you will have to contact support for assistance regarding a Teams License cancellation. There is an option of connecting with chat support as well. You can initiate the chat by clicking here.

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
inform the agent that you want to cancel.
