InDesign CC 2014 - 'Maximum file path name exceeded'

I am on an EEA Agreement, have the latest Creative Cloud Packager.  I've tried it on a Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 machines and I get the same error when trying to download the 'InDesign CC 2014' package.  I'm able to download everything else but when I download InDesign I get the error 'maximum file path name exceed.'

I tried changing the cache location to 'C:\Cache,' purging the cache, and tried saving the package to the root of C:\ with a package name of 'InDesign CC.'  I'm still unable to download it....
