InDesign CS6 Proxy Prompts

I'm in a firewalled environment, using a proxy to get through the firewall. 

At startup of application, we get these prompts that don't allow textual input.  All we can do is click Cancel, and eventually, they will go away. 

Is there any service I can stop to inhibit these proxy prompts from appearing?
