individual in our team cannot access thier subscription

We have a team subscription and I have a staff member who when trying to use adobe to convert files to PDF is told that thier subscription has expired, however in the Admin Console they are still active. I've removed and added the user to see if that helped but no luck.

We have reviewed the account that you have used to post here, and we found out that you currently have an active Teams License.

 

If you want to switch profiles, sign out and sign back in. After entering your credentials, the Profile chooser will display. Select the profile of your choice.

 

 

If this does not work, please follow the steps mentioned in the following document.
