You can create a uninstall package to remove the old application on the machines.

Download the packager
https://www.adobe.com/go/ccp_installer_win
https://www.adobe.com/go/ccp_installer_osx
You can also use the Cleanup.xml method and uninstall the applications as per your requirements. This is for Enterprise customers.
