Hi,

I'm trying to understand the Adobe best practise metod for installing Acrobat DC on a shared virtual server.

This is the guide adobe support gave me: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/VirtualizationGuide/wts.html#terminal-server-deployment

This has steps with no explanation on how to implement them such as:

  • Accept the EULA on behalf of all users by setting the appropriate registry key.

  • Use SUPPRESSLANGSELECTION on the command line at install time to disable user’s ability to change the language.

Has anyone managed to do this?

Hi MIT179,

Thank you for posting your query.

Information on the user of Properties is available here- https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/AdminGuide/properties.html

The option to suppress EULA depends on the type of license that you are going to deploy.

Serial number based - You will have the option to suppress EULA either by using Customization Wizard or using the APTEE.

Named User Licensing/Subscription- The option to suppress EULA is not available. Each user will have to accept it once they successfully Sign in to the application.

Hope this helps!
