Hello,

we have bought Acrobat XI Pro (volume license account for 5 user).

The software was installed 5 times , but after the trial period, they could not be activated.

The adobe support said, we must use Adobe Application Manager Enterprise Edition. See Case #0210629850

We have downloaded ApplicationManagerEnterprise_3_1_all.exe and have it installed.

When running the program, there was an error. "There could be no valid installer found."

In German "Es konnte kein gueltiges Installationsprogramm gefunden werden."

We use as installer "AcrobatPro_11_Web_WWMUI.exe", as it was provided to us from the download site.

We use also a original adobe installer-CD "Adobe Acrobat XI Pro". The same error.

Please advise.

Thanks

Hi,

Adobe Application Manager Enterprise Edition wont work in this case instead use Acrobat Customisation Wizard to customise Acrobat XI Pro.

You can find the same from this Link.
