Install creative cloud package DC but the acrobat DC cannot be installed

I have created a creative cloud package (Shared device license) and install in a computer, all applications can be installed except the Adobe Acrobat DC. It claimed to be installed but the open icon is dim and no acrobat files can be found in the computer. In this computer, I have installed the named device license with Adobe Acrobat professional before and Adobe Acrobat XI professional standalone license before. Please advise what I can do to get the Acrobat DC back. Thank you !
