I created a package that contain our license but it fails trying reaching internet .

is ther a solution for secure network ?

    Please Explain what you are actually doing.

    You say you create a Package. Is this in an enterprise setting? I'm not sure if PS Elements is included with a Enterprise/Corporate/Team subscription and can be included in whatever package you are referring to.
