Hey all:

Created and deployed a Creative Cloud 2014 package to our Apple iMac OS 10.9.5

The package is now out of date and desktops cannot install updates.

I have attempted to create an update package with Adobe Creative Cloud Packager but the update package will not install.

I am attempting to create a new Creative Cloud 2014 package with all the updates but CCP doesn't load.

CCP returns the error "Oops something has gone wrong, please try again".

CCP dowloaded from my LWS gives me the same error.

Where can I download the most recent version of the CCP?

I we install Adobe Creative Cloud 2014 via package can we configure the desktop to update from the internet?

If so how?

Thank you.

WIN

http://www.adobe.com/go/ccp_installer_win

MAC

http://www.adobe.com/go/ccp_installer_osx

It is likely that the ports are closed that the CCP needs to talk to our servers.

Please refer to this page8s). There youll find all information regarding deployment and packaging CC:
