Installation CC 2018 package

My installation package is installing on Sierra but not on the machine that are Mojave? What can I do?

Are you asking about a Cloud subscription, or a program with a serial number?

If you are asking about CS6 (or earlier) Apple did not maintain backward compatibility, so try this

It would help if you told us what application and version you are trying to install

It is a Educational package of Creative cloud, 2018 version package built by administrator to be installed on 100 seats.
