Hello.

We've been experiencing lot of troubles with the package of Photoshop CC 14.1.

Everytime if we start the msi package after a few seconds the installer roll's backup and abort the install. process.

* We've downloaded the photoshop cc package many times.

*We've tried to install the application on different Computers with different admin Accounts.

*We've disabled the virus scanner. (Endpoint Protection)

I've also detected errors in the AdobePB131756_091813.log

    Hi Knight

Could you please run the .msi file from Command prompt as an Admin and let me know whether it is working or not.

    regards

    Hello Abhijit Kr.

Thanks for your support ! It has worked!

So it seems you can only install the msi with the built-in administrator of windows 7!?

But in the system information appears Version 14.0....

    Do you know why?

    regards
