Installation Error in Windows 11

Photoshop and Creative Cloud gets downloaded but then it automatically gets deleted. On clicking the shortcut on Creative Cloud on Desktop it shows file not found, reinstalling may fix the problem. Despite reinstalling several times, the issue is still not fixed. Kindly provide help with this.
