We are attempting to install on Windows 10 Professional x64. If we use the standard package and install manually it works fine (setup.exe) but installing this on over 250 Machines is not suitable. Does anyone have any ideas that might help get this issue resolved?

    1603 is a generic code.

Can you look for the PDapp.log as this will contain a more useful message.
