Installation failed

Hello, I am trying to install Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps with feature restricted licensing on a newly imaged Win 10 laptop, which meets all system requirements. The laptop is running Win 10 21H1. Around 30 minutes into the installation the process fails and what I can find so far is this: "The HDPIM Setup Process return code is (107).Stopping the installation process."

Any help would be appreciated.

Issue resolved. I split the installation into 4 smaller packages in the same manner that the DoD provides for connected computers; Design Tools, Imaging Tools, Video Tools and Web Tools. I selected the apps that correspond to those categories and then created 4 FRL packages and they installed with no errors.

I'm sorry, I don't understand.

I don't know how to do that to the downloadable executable.  Could you please give me some information?  There is no error log created (that I can find)
