Installation Failed - Errors encountered during installation?

Hi, I am part of a CC subscription team and am on CC 2015. I recently tried installing the CC app (it installed fine) on my work Mac Pro Mid-2010 (El Capitan) 10.11.3, but somehow when trying to install apps such as After Effects, Premiere, Media Encoder, Bridge and so on, they fail to install. I am always getting a 'Installation Failed - Errors encountered during installation'. Opening up 'More Information' reveals a blank htm page on a browser. I have tried previously to clean all existing versions using the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool, everything has been cleaned, though a previous After Effects CC trial remains. Whenever I try to uninstall or remove it, the Cleaner Tool crashes. Please advise on how to proceed.

Please help.

P/s: Other PCs and Mac in this office have been successful in accessing and installing apps.
