Installation Help

Hi,

My apps were not working properly so I unistalled everything, and have been relentlessly trying ever since to reinstalling the apps I would like to use. However, when I tried to reinstall everything CC indicated that I had already downloaded the apps I wanted and I couldn't download them again. I also tried Adobe CC cleaner tool and that hasn't worked either. I was hoping to be able to shut down my account and just try again, but even that is pushing me to seek help here. So any help would be great. Thanks.
