Installation of CC products

I have created deployment apps for Dreamweaver, Acrobat DC and InDesign. When I try to install them on a 64 bit machine the msi rolls back after a few minutes.

All 3 of the apps do this. This is  the PDapp file:

[long crash log removed... please only send a crash log to a technician, when asked]
