Installation problem Photoshop 2025 version

Hello everyone,

I have an error after updating Photoshop 2025. You can see the errors as attachments. I reinstalled the Cloud and Photoshop, but nothing changed. After uploading it, it directly gives these errors. Is it related to the app or Windows? Many thanks in advance.
