Installing a TLP license on a Laptop

Hi,

Customer would like to buy a TLP license. Once it’s installed on the Laptop and the Laptop crashes, could the license be installed on another device?

Thank you in advance.

Hello,

Yes, the user can install it on another machine by downloading the installer from the Licensing Website and use the same serial number for activation. You can check more details about the licensing website here: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/x-productkb/policy-pricing/volume-licensing-site.html
