Installing Adobe Annimate By Itself

How do I install Adobe Animate 2024 by itself without the adobe creative cloud desktop app? I know there's a way how to since I've seen a set up file thing for adobe animate. (It's kind of like installing adobe flash cs 4 with the installation folder with the set up exe and the other folders) I'd also like to know if there's a way to do this for other adobe apps.
