Installing AdobeHelp as an exception to CS6 looks for internet access

Hi,

We are using Microsoft MDT2012 to distribute our software.  We are able to distribute Acrobat, CS6, and the first four exceptions.  Air or Adobehelp is the fifth.  It stalls looking for Internet authentication as our installing account doesnt have Internet access.  I suppose it may be looking for updates but I would have thought aamee build would have resolved that.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
