Hi,

I ve installed some Apps (like Photoshop, Premiere and After Effect) on my desktop PC and everything runs fine; however the same apps installend on my laptop don't runs and the problem seemsthat I dont'a have any licence for those....???? How is it possible? I ve a "Creative Cloud for teams" plan so I should be able to install and use the apps on both machines (not at the same time I know).

Please someone help me

    • Ensure you are using the correct Adobe ID.
    • Sign out and sign back in to the software by going to Help>Sign Out
    • Make sure you are connected to the internet

The opm.db file contains cached user login information and deleting this file is a useful troubleshooting step. Once deleted a fresh file will be automatically created when you launch Creative Cloud and log back in.

    1. Close the Creative Cloud application.
    2. Navigate to the OOBE folder.
      Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
      Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
    3. Delete the opm.db file.
    4. Launch Creative Cloud.
