Is it possible to install Adobe CC 2017 without the program Creative Cloud Desktop Application where people could login.

I was using the packager but didn't found an option to exclude the Creative Cloud Desktop Application?

With a serialized package the Desktop App can be omitted. With a Named User package it is mandatory, as it is used to handle entitlement and the services related to Creative Cloud.
