installing company license on personal computer?

Am i correct in thinking that if my company own a license of the creative suite, im not allowed to install this on my own personal computer if that computer is owned by the company? (this is what ive been told in the past)

You must follow your company's rules. Most big companies do not allow you to install software on company computers. Most big companies do not allow you to install a company license on a personal computer. This is not a rule from Adobe.
