Installing Creative Cloud on a shared laptop

I have purchased Creative Cloud under a CLP 5.0 LICENSE PROGRAM - GOVERNMENT. We want to install it on a Macbook which can then be loaned out to different members of the team when working away. I'm concerned this may be perceived as multiple users sharing a licence and want to confirm we're allowed to install/use it in this way. Please could someone advise? Thanks

If this is a perpetual license with a serial number, then it is licensed per machine not per user. So this should not be an issue.
