I have been trying for 2 days now to install illustrator and indesign to my mac laptop. I have 63 gb of space so space shouldnt be a problem. But the apps will let me click install, then a pop up says ill get a pop up and have to put in my administration code. but the pop up never comes, and the install stops or just constatly says "waiting". What do i do? I need these applications for school...

Correct answer John T Smith

>mac laptop - pop up and have to put in my administration code

When you are installing or updating on a Mac, that is your Mac asking you to prove that you have permission by asking for your COMPUTER password, not your Adobe password
